An initial executive summary of the Indonesian democracy assessment conducted by PWD in 2013. The baseline study examines the public and state capacity to implement (without corruption) democratic decisions on fair power relations and welfare measures. It also examines to what extent, and in what way democratic rights and governance contribute (or fail to contribute) to resolving challenges to sustainable and welfare-based economic growth.
